In line with Ocean Park’s reopening policy, please take note of the following new arrangements:

1. The Park’s Online Reservation System will open bookings for the next 14 days at 5pm every day (please click here for the Park's operating hours). All visitors are required to make an online reservation that includes health declaration prior to their visits. Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon arrival, guests are required to present the Vaccine Pass relevant record/Medical Exemption Certificate and LeaveHomeSafe record (unless exempted under the law), reservation QR codes and identity documents to enter the park. Please note that any unauthorized resale of Ocean Park admission tickets or reservation QR codes is prohibited by the Ocean Park.
2. Ocean Park will implement below regulations in accordance with the Government’s Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap. 599):
   (i)  Except the individuals who are issued with a COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate, guests aged 12 or above entering Ocean Park are required to fulfill the Vaccination Requirements under Vaccine Pass.
   (ii) Guests are required to wear face masks and undergo body temperature check upon entry.
   (iii) All guests are required to scan the LeaveHomeSafe QR code or to register their names, contact number and visiting date and time, upon entry.
   (iv) Face masks must be worn at all areas inside the park (except when eating).
   (v) Park-wide capacity and capacities of individual rides and facilities will be adjusted accordingly. Designated seating arrangement at all theatres will be enforced.
   (vi) Tables in all restaurants will be kept at 1.5m distance.
3. Guests who feel unwell or display any COVID-19 symptoms such as fever (>=38°C), cough, sore throat or shortness of breath are recommended to seek medical advice immediately and stay home. Ocean Park reserves the right not to admit any person displaying such symptom(s).
4. Guests should not visit the park if they have a family member or live with someone who displays COVID-19 symptom(s).

Online Reservation Procedure

1. All guests must make an online reservation prior to visiting the park, except those with exemption. Guests exempted from online reservation are still required to present Vaccine Pass relevant record/Medical Exemption Certificate, LeaveHomeSafe record, and identity documents that match their Vaccine Pass relevant record/Medical Exemption Certificate in order to enter the Park.
2. Guests exempted from reservation include:
   (i) Hong Kong residents aged 65 or above
   (ii) Children aged below 3
   (iii) Guests with “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau
3. Each reservation has a quota limit subject to the gathering ban. Due to the capacity limitation, reservation will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Please enter the name printed on identity document for the guests without an admission ticket for onsite identity verification. In addition, a valid email address and contact number must be provided.
5. Upon successful reservation, guests will receive a reservation QR code on the same screen, followed by an email notification. Upon entry, guests must present both the reservation QR code and their identity document to enter the park. The reservation QR code is only valid for one-time entry on the registered date. All registrants must enter the park at the same time.
6. If visitor wishes to modify or cancel reservation, visitor must amend the reservation via the link provided in the confirmation email at least one day before the visit.
7. The free birthday admission offer for Hong Kong residents is valid on the visitor's exact birthday and applicable to the Park's operating days only.
8. Ocean Park reserves the right to close the Park, suspend the operation of any attraction, change the operating hours, and/or restrict admission due to repair, maintenance, inclement weather, safety or other reasons,without prior notice and without refund or compensation. If guests are affected and not able to enter the Park, their reservation QR code will also be considered invalid. Guests will need to make another reservation.
9. Data collected for reservation purpose will only be used for disease prevention and control measure implementation. The park reserves the right to use the collected data for related incidents where necessary. Please click here for the Personal Information Collection Statement.
